• b. The Platform does not own, sell, or deliver the displayed products, nor does it participate in any financial transactions between the user and the seller.

2. Display Price

• a. The prices displayed on the Platform are provided by the sellers.
• b. Actual prices at the seller’s premises may differ from those displayed on the Platform, and the Platform shall not be liable for any discrepancies.
• c. All prices are subject to change by the seller at any time without prior notice.

3. Availability of Products

• a. The availability of products or services is solely dependent on the seller.
• b. Some products displayed on the Platform may be out of stock with the seller.
• c. The Platform does not guarantee the availability of products or the continuity of their display.

4. Delivery and Payment

• a. The Platform does not provide delivery or payment services.
• b. Any purchase, payment, or delivery transaction takes place directly between the user and the seller and is subject to the seller’s terms and conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

• a. The Platform is not responsible for any commercial transaction or dispute arising between the user and the seller.
• b. The Platform bears no responsibility for any differences in prices, product quality, availability, or after-sales commitments.
• c. The Platform does not provide any express or implied warranties regarding the content, information, or external links available.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• a. All content on the Platform (including texts, logos, designs, icons, images, and software) is owned by or licensed to the Platform and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• b. Users are not permitted to copy, republish, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

7. Use of the Platform

• a. The user undertakes to use the Platform solely for authorized purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• b. The Platform must not be used for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.
• c. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these terms or applicable laws.

• a. Users’ data is handled in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and all relevant regulations.

• a. The Platform is subject to the laws and regulations of the Saudi E-Commerce Law.
• b. Consumer rights are protected under the law, and users must review the seller’s terms and conditions when completing any purchase.
• c. The Platform is not responsible for refunds, order cancellations, or compensation for any losses arising from dealings with sellers.

10. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of the user’s use of the Platform or breach of these terms.

11. Technical Disclaimer

• a. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties.
• b. The Platform shall not be liable for any technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss resulting therefrom.

12. Jurisdiction

• a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• b. Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the user and the Platform.

13. Acceptance of Terms

• a. Access to or use of the Platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• b. The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall be published upon update, and continued use of the Platform thereafter shall be deemed implicit acceptance of the amended terms.
